How do we do what we do?
The first thing we do is meet with you in person. If that's
not possible, then we organize a phone meeting (or video chat)
with you so you get a chance to tell us face-to-face what you
need.
After a thorough consultation, we draw up a Service Agreement
for both parties to sign, outlying what work is involved, how
much it will cost, delivery dates, etc.
Once you have signed the paperwork, we begin the design process.
It differs job to job, but usually we draw up a "first draft"
of the web site design, put it on our secure client section of
our server for you to look at and give feedback. Once your feedback
is in, we then tweak and change and re-upload. This process goes
on until the site is signed off on by both parties and deemed
completed on the delivery date agreed on in the Service Agreement.
And then ... voila! You have your very own Incognita designed
web site.
Of course, this is a simplification of our process, and there
are certain additional services, such as web site hosting, domain
name registration, video/audio creation and embedding, search
engine readiness process and other things that may or may not
take place as part of the contract - depending on what you need
or decide you want during the initial consultation with us.
If you've elected to have us continue to maintain your website,
this arrangement is treated as a seperate contract and another
Service Agreement is drawn up after the initial web site design
is completed for this purpose. Or you can save your hard-earned
cash and update your site yourself - ask us about our reliable
